How long does a website take?+
A Launch site usually goes live in about 10 days and a Growth site in about two weeks, counted from when we have your content and deposit. Custom software is scheduled per project.
What do I need to give you?+
Your logo (if you have one), a few good photos and the basics about your business. If writing isn't your thing, we'll help shape the words. Content writing is available as an add-on.
How does payment work?+
A 50% deposit to start and the balance before launch, paid by EFT. You always get a proper quote first, and quotes are valid for 14 days.
Do I own my website?+
Once it's paid in full, your content stays yours and you receive a licence to use the delivered website. The details are in our terms of service.
Can you host it and make changes later?+
Yes. The care plan covers fast hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, updates and small changes, from R300 a month.
Can you help with a domain name?+
Yes. We'll help you register a .co.za domain or connect the one you already have, at cost.
Do you only work with Cape Town businesses?+
We're based in Durbanville, but most of our work happens over WhatsApp, email and video calls, so we work with businesses anywhere in South Africa.
